Anke Huntjens presently lives in Maastricht and was also born there in 1991. With a background in textile design studies she recently took home the bachelors degree of fine arts (2011-2015) in Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts and Design.
Anke works with found objects, toys and textiles. Her ruminations and contemplations are transformed and materialized into an installation: first there is chaos, a horror vacui of stuff out of which a structure emerges.
