BAD VIDEO ART FESTIVAL

Allie Phillips is an emerging artist based in Oakland, CA.  She works primarily as a painter, but has dabbled in very bad video art.  She has shown her work in Oakland, San Francisco, and Troy, New York.  She has also been artist in residence at the Contemporary Art Center in Troy, New York.

This video is poorly shot, wobbly, and involves badly made cardboard puppets and very low quality green screen.  It is also very silly.
